Gyoza Dumplings
Ingredients:
250 g ground pork
Gyoza skins
Ginger
Cabbage leaves
Green onions
Garcli cloves
4 tsps. Soy sauce
Oil

Boil the cabbage leaves until they get wilted. Drain and chop the leaves together with the green onion. Grind the garlic and the ginger. Mix the pork with all the other ingredients except with the skins and oil. After the filling is well-marinated, you may now begin forming the dumplings. Sushi rice (1 cup is good for one person)
Nori seaweed
Filings (may range from tuna, salmon, cucumber, onion, ginger, cheese, crabmeat, mushroom or whatever you prefer)

With the nori seaweed on your hand, place some rice on it. Create a dent in the middle and put in the fillings. Roll it over making sure the fillings are secured inside. Slice it and it is good to serve.
