Thai chicken soup recipe cabbage

Ingredients

3 legs, skinless chicken breast half

8 cups chickenbroth

2 leeks, sliced

6 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 medium head cabbage, chopped

cooked egg noodles - 1 (8 ounce) package

Directions

Take a Dutch oven or pot, place chicken breasts and chicken stock in that dish. Boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes, or cook until the chicken is cooked. Remove chicken from broth and set aside to cooldown.

Add carrots and leeks in the broth into the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Tear the cooled chicken into small pieces and put them into the pot. Add pasta and cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, until soft dough. The soup should look like a thick stew. Serve the soup and season with hot Thai chili sauce to add some flavor.
