This is a recipe for delicious and comforting for the winter months. This soup is perfect for a family meal when served hot. It 's also a healthy soup that you cook at home. Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients
16 ounces of sausage, casings removed successfully
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups water
Chopped 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
Three cups milk, divided equally
All-purpose flour - 3tablespoons
Swiss cheese, diced - 4 grams

Directions
Take a large frying pan and over medium heat, fry the sausages for about 10 minutes until evenly browned and broken. Running away and all the excess fat.

In a saucepan over high heat, stir the potatoes, onion, sausage and brown water. Boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the cabbage, return to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.Add the milk 2 and 1 / 2 cups and heat slowly to keep the boil. (Note: Do not do it too quickly, the milk will burn, and stick to the bottom pot.)

In another bowl with the remaining milk, mix the flour and add the mixture to the pot gradually, stirring constantly so no lumps arise. (Note: Be sure to remove any lumps, because they will never cook for themselves.)

After the pot thickens, add cheese and stirintervals until the cheese melts properly.

To serve this soup hot with slices of crusty bread. Instead of sausage, you can use regular sausage or Italian sausage. You can also use vegetable broth instead of plain water. It adds to the taste.
