Delicious Recipes of the Philippines pansit

Filipino cuisine is all about providing food stylings with the diverse mixture of cultural influences and heritage contribute to recipes, the creation of a single type of food. Bold combinations of contrasting flavors add the experience pleasant for the eyes and the palate.

Pansit (including pancit) is the Filipino term for noodles in the kitchen, with roots in China. Standard rate in the Philippines, but they should never be broken, as they say that noodles represent a long life and good health.

With many variations, here's a recipe for a stew with meat and shrimp pansit. You can substitute the meat with chicken or seafood more, and it works perfectly as vegetarian food.

Ingredients
... Pansit (Well, noodles or spaghetti will do)
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces shrimp
2 carrots
1 large red bell pepper
1 pound green beans
2 onions
1 clove garlic
A 1 / 2> Kool
Soy sauce
Oil
A pinch of salt

To begin with, it was all vegetables and chop them fine and small. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok, and chop the onion and crush / mince the garlic. Add the vegetables and beef nd cook it all together. Meanwhile, cook the shrimp and add them too.

Now, the cook pansit (or whatever you choose) in a saucepan, bring half a pound (depending on how many carbs you want!) Cover with a pinch of salt water for up15 minutes. When finished, press the pansit and let cool. Pansit add to the stew and cook for a few minutes, stirring as a cook.

Prepare the soy sauce in a dish as a preference, or maybe add some 'lemon juice. Serve this recipe will be enough food for four people. Bon Apetit!
