7 Day Cabbage Soup Diet

Lose an amazing 10lbs. in only 7 days! If you follow the Cabbage Soup Diet exactly for 7 days you will lose 10lbs. or more! You will never feel hungry because you can eat as much fat burning cabbage soup as you want. That should sound good to all dieters because you will never feel hungry on the diet!

This diet relies on eating a bizarre and strange combinations of food, dieters are allowed all the water and cabbage soup that they desire, plus a very restricted plan of other foods. This diet is very effective for losing fast, but is not nutritional sound and is not one to live on.

THE 7 DAY MENU PLAN

To lose 10lbs. or more eat as much cabbage soup as you desire, drink lots of water and take a multi-vitamin daily. The soup is full of low-calorie vegetables such as cabbage, onions, and tomatoes. Use onion soup mix and/or tomato juice to flavor the broth. The seven day program has specific foods that must be eaten, including potatoes with butter, fruit juice, many vegetables, and one day even beef!

Day One:

Eat only fruit, all you want except bananas.
Drink unsweetened coffee, tea, cranberry juice, and water.
Eat as much soup as you want.

Day Two:

Eat all you want of fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice, except of dry beans, peas and corn. For dinner have a baked potato with butter. Eat as much soup as you like.

Day Three:

Eat a combination of day one and two, except no baked potato, eat as much soup as you like.

Day Four:

Today is banana day! Eat as many bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you want, also eat your soup.

Day Five:

You can have 10-20 ounces (300-500 grams) of lean beef today as well as a large tin of tomatoes or six large fresh ones. Drink at least eight glasses of water and eat your soup at least once today. You can substitute skinless baked chicken or fish for beef.

Day Six:

Beef and vegetables today, no baked potato. You can even eat up to three steaks if you wish along with fresh vegetables. Eat you soup at least once today. Substitute skinless chicken or fish if you do not eat beef.

Day Seven:

At long last day seven is here. Today eat all the brown rice and vegetables you want, no potato, and eat your soup at least once today. Drink unsweetened fruit juices and water.

If you have followed this plan exactly for seven days you should be at least 10lbs. lighter. During this seven day plan do not eat bread and stay away from alcohol and carbonated beverages....even diet soda.

CABBAGE SOUP RECIPE

6 large green peppers

2 green onions

2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)

3 carrots

10 oz. fresh mushrooms

1 bunch celery

1/2 head cabbage

1 package onion soup mix

1 can V8 juice (optional)

Clean and slice all the vegetables into bit size pieces. Spray pot with cooking spray. Put all the vegetables into pot and saute until soft. Add the canned tomatoes, onion soup mix and about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups water and V8 juice), cover on low and cook for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Eat all the soup you want over the next 7 days and follow the menu plan and YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!
