Favorite Irish Recipes

Are you tired of same old food? Want to try something different? Maybe you want to impress the woman or man in your life with your cooking skills. The following are some of the finest Irish recipes are around.

Bacon and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

1 medium onion cut into slices

Butter-5-60 Grams

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 use cabbage or cabbage spring

750ml chicken stock

Salt and Pepper Shakers

Bay leaves-5 forTaste

250 g of ham or bacon

Toss cut the butter in a pan as you add the chopped onion, when it begins to melt. Write a well-cut potatoes and cabbage. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add the broth continues to cook. Discard the bay leaves and bring to a boil. The heat down and simmer until the potatoes are soft. Add the ham or bacon and simmer for 30 minutes. Season if necessary with salt and pepper.

Rillettes of fresh and smoked salmon

This is a great little snackfor those hot summer days.

Ingredients:

225 g of flakes of salmon poached

175 grams of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces

3 tbsp Fresh Cream

I tablespoon horseradish sauce

Some chopped dill

Chives

Salt and Pepper Shakers

The pinch of cayenne pepper

1 good squeeze of fresh lemon

Throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve chilled as a salad or a sandwich. Its simple. Yum!
