So here is your ultimate guide to some recipes for Japanese food that will surely be a hit among your friends and family members:

Gyoza Dumplings
Ingredients:
250 g ground pork
Gyoza skins
Ginger
Cabbage leaves
Green onions
Garcli cloves
4 tsps. Soy sauce
Oil

Boil the cabbage leaves until they get wilted. Drain and chop the leaves together with the green onion. Grind the garlic and the ginger. Mix the pork with all the other ingredients except with the skins and oil. After the filling is well-marinated, you may now begin forming the dumplings. First, moisten the edge of the skin with water. Then put the filling in the middle. Fold the skin in half then squeeze lightly in the center. Fold over the skin in both sides securing the contents inside. You may steam-fry it or fry it directly. Prepare the dip while you wait for the dumplings to cook.

Sushi
Ingredients:
Sushi rice (1 cup is good for one person)
Nori seaweed
Filings (may range from tuna, salmon, cucumber, onion, ginger, cheese, crabmeat, mushroom or whatever you prefer)

With the nori seaweed on your hand, place some rice on it. Create a dent in the middle and put in the fillings. Roll it over making sure the fillings are secured inside. Slice it and it is good to serve.
