Great Norwegian Recipes

Lapskaus [Round Kaus]

This is one of traditional Norwegian.

INGREDIENTS
1 sausage
2 pieces of bacon
4 pieces of potato
Pieces of onion ¼
1 carrot
1 piece of coal
½ piece of parsley
5 dl (bucket of water)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ ts Pepper

NOTES
Wash and peel, then cut into small pieces. Boil water in a saucepan and place of potatoes and vegetables in it.

The bacon and sausage, cut into small pieces andfry in a pan. Then, add all together and cook for few minutes. With salt and pepper them.Serve with bread or pita bread.

Voila! Dinner is ready!

Kjottkaker [shoat-Cakera]

INGREDIENTS
400 g of chopped
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ ts Pepper
¼ ts malt nutmeg
¼ ts malt, ginger
2 potatoes ss
1 ½ dl water or milk
2ff margarine or oil
6 dl water
1 piece. Meat bullion

NOTES

The production of thisCourt is very easy, especially if you have a food processor. Put the ingredients until smooth and uniform, then add the sauce and potatoes flour.Finally milk or water gradually. Form the farce (minced meat) as rounded balls and fry for about 5 minutes (per side).

Place meat, cake pan and add gold bullion and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve pie with potatoes, peas or beans and berries.

Burning Kjærlighet [ber-Nom-de Shae rlighet] (burningLove)

INGREDIENTS
10 pieces of potatoes
1 piece of vegetable bullion
3 dl milk
Butter 2 ss
½ teaspoon salt
¼ ts Pepper
100 grams of white cheese
200 g bacon
300 g mushrooms
SS 4 green onions
4 apples

NOTES

Remove the potatoes and put them in boiling water.

Fry bacon in a frying pan green union.
