Crispy Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

12 ounces chicken breast fillets, breaded and frozen,

8 cups mixed salad, cut into a bite-sized pieces,

1 cup red cabbage, chopped

1 cup carrots, chopped

3 medium green onions sliced

1 ½ cup chow mein noodles,

Creamy Oriental Dressing,

(See dressing recipe below).

Instructions:

Make dressing and set aside, cook the chicken according to the instructionsthe pack and cut fillets into strips, 4 to 6 pieces.

Combine chicken breast fillet, mixed salad, shredded red cabbage, carrots shdded, sliced green onions, chow mein noodles and Creamy Oriental Dressing (see recipe below dress), coated in a large bowl, throw divide into 4 serving e. dishes

Ingredients and instructions for Creamy Oriental Dressing:

½ cup sesame sauce and Asian Marinade

⅓ cup of yogurt orMayonnaise

Salt

Dash Pepper

1 tsp sesame seeds

Creamy, mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk, making about ½ cup.

Note: In order to give them that taste the grill, grill chicken breasts about 7 or 8 minutes per side or until no pink in the thickest part of chicken. If you do not have time to cook the chicken and replace the chicken with canned chicken, (not) "breaded or frozen,cooked chicken strips. These are just some ideas on things with what you already have.
