How to Pan-Fry zucchini, green tomatoes, ocher, cabbage, or their tastes country store

1-on-3-pounds of tender fresh okra
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
Salt and pepper
high value vegetable oil cooking

Cut the stalk of each okra
Cut the okra into thin rounds straight 1 / 8 "to quarter"thick
Add salt and pepper to taste a bit '

Par boil the halves in water 1-on-2-minutes
Cool and drain
Cut cabbage in large bite-sized
Fry in small amount of oil or butter in a large saucepan over medium-high
Add salt and pepper to taste a bit '
Cover and simmer for a few openings, such as French fries (5-10 minutes), the share of coal brown slightly
