Old-World recipe cabbage soup

This is a filling soup that is perfect for the cold season. You can refrigerate and serve your guests after heating. It 's a classic recipe, the cabbage soup that is healthy and nutritious, and at the same time, it tastes great. Not easy to follow the recipe you can cook at home.

Ingredients

1 / 2 cabbage, chopped half

4 large carrots, diced

1 sweet onion, chopped

Diced celery - 4stocks

Ketchup - 3 / 4 cup

Tomato-vegetable juice cocktail - 1 and 1 / 2 cups

Vegetable soup - 3 cups

Chicken broth - 1 (14.5 grams) can

Peeled and cubed - 1 (14.5 grams) can

Directions

Take a pot and place chopped cabbage 8 quarters in the pot.

In 2 tablespoons of water, diced carrots Microwave for 6 minutes at the top.

In 2 tablespoons of water, diced celery in the microwave for 4 minuteshigh.

Add the cooked vegetables in the microwave for the pot. Mix chopped celery, sweet onion and ketchup. Add the juice of vegetables, fruits, tomatoes and chicken broth into the mixture.
