The recipe for the cabbage soup diet - Lose 10 pounds in 7 days

The cabbage soup diet is a diet designed for quick weight loss, if you take off 10 pounds in a hurry for a special occasion. This diet lasts for 7 days and lost 10 pounds can 'be done if you follow the diet.

The soup is really tasty and very nutritious, and you should be right around 10 pounds to lose in the period of 7 days.

The cabbage soup is only part of what you can eat. For each of the seven days you can eat, specificfood.

Here is the recipe. You can herbs and other vegetables as desired.

O Grande 6 green onions or 3 medium white onions

or 2 green peppers

or 1 large box of tomatoes (diced or whole)

or 3 carrots

or 1 container (10 ounces or so) Mushrooms

or 1 bunch of celery

or half a head (or more to taste)

or 1 packet of onion soup mix (you can mix any soup you want)

or 3 stock cubes - vegetable, chicken orbeef

January 1948 ounces of V8 juice (optional)

or 4 cups of water

Or season with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.

Place washed and chopped vegetables in large pot. Add the V8 juice and water, and stir in broth mixture, broth and tomatoes. Add water to completely cover all the vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

The Diet Plan:

You can eat as much soup, fruit and vegetables you want for all 7 days.

DayA:

Fruit: You can eat all the fruit you want except bananas. Eating the soup and fruit for only the first day. You can drink unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.

Second day:

Vegetables: eat as much raw or cooked vegetables of your choice and if you want the soup. Stay away from beans, corn and peas. Can a baked potato with butter for dinner. No fruit allowed on this day.

Day Three:

Mix together one day and two: You can have all thesoup, fruit and vegetables that you want to eat. No baked potatoes allowed.

Day Four:

This day is intended to curb your sweet tooth. Drink skimmed milk all you want, and you can eat up to eight bananas, along with all the soup you want.

Day Five:

Beef and tomatoes: 10 to 20 grams of beef and six fresh tomatoes. Eat your soup at least once. Drink as much water as you can - from 6 to 8 glasses preferred. You can substitute the steak (friedonly) of chicken. Fish can also be replaced (roast) beef for the beef market in one day.

Day Six:

Beef and vegetables. You can use all the meat and vegetables that you want to eat. No potatoes. Eat soup at least once on this day.

Day Seven:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and fruit you can eat whatever you want. Also eat the soup at least once on this day.
