The Cabbage Soup Diet - Improve your boring Soup

The cabbage soup diet is a miracle "diet" you could lose up to 10 pounds in 7 days.

But eating cabbage soup every day, several times a day may end up exhausting.

In fact, the basic recipe (white cabbage, peppers, carrots, onions, celery and tomatoes), has a sweet taste that is not always appreciated. In addition, tomatoes and green peppers provide some acidity that harm our digestion.

Unfortunately I do not like eating vegetables and some ingredients of the recipes that I adapted, I adapted the recipe to my taste and prepared each recipe for two days - to keep the excess in the freezer for the last day of diet.

Here are the recipes that I adapted to my taste:

Cabbage soup southern France:

1 / 2 white cabbage,
2 green peppers chopped
4 carrots,
3 large white onions, chopped
4 celery stalk
2 zucchini, chopped
4 chopped fresh tomatoes
100 mashed mixed green and black olives
3 mashed anchovy
50 g mashed capers
1 small red pepper
thyme, basil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Chinese cabbage soup > Recipe

1 Chinese cabbage, chopped
2 yellow peppers cut
3 carrots sliced,
2 large onions, chopped
1 stalk celery
1 can of peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 can bamboo shoots
1 / 2 pound sliced lotus root
1 small chili, lemon grass
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 chopped red pepper if you like
1 or 2 teaspoon vegetable soup mix
Salt, pepper, garlic, herbs taste

The cabbage soup made in Spain:

1 / 2 White> Kool,
2 red pepper sliced
3 carrots sliced,
3 large white onions, chopped
3 stalks celery
1 or 2 canned tomatoes, chopped
1 chilli, finely chopped
1 or 2 turnips, cut
1 / 2 pound green beans
Garlic, coriander and cumin
Saffron
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 or 2 teaspoon vegetable soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste

These three recipes will help you to diet affects the taste of cabbage soup. They prefer to eata different flavor every two days.
