Sacred Heart Soup Recipe - Need the recipe for the Sacred Heart Cabbage Soup?

Traditional Sacred Heart soup recipe:

* 6 - green onions, chopped
* 2 - Bell dicedpaprika
* 2 - cans tomatoes, diced or whole, including the juice
* 2 - Cups of cold water
* 2 - a clove of garlic, finely chopped
* 1 / 2 head of cabbage cut into smaller pieces
* 2 - Cubes of beef or chicken broth, which is dissolved in hot water
* 2 - Squash, diced into smaller pieces
* 1 - Zucchini, diced
* 2 - cups each sliced carrots, celery and mushrooms
* 2 - tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
* Hot Sauce, salt and pepper can be added toyour taste

Cooking directions:

Get a pot or a kettle, all the ingredients in it, and bring to boil for about ten minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until all ingredients are cooked ... usually about an hour and a half. The longer you simmer, the more flavorful it will be.

You should notice an increase in energy levels within a couple of days if you lose weight. Not everyone lives, why not have all the things your body needs tolong-term function ... but it makes a pretty good meal filler. Here's another soup recipe sacred heart, which is a bit 'lighter ingredients. Same as above, cooking ingredients.

* 6 large green
* 2 green peppers
* 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes
* 1 bunch celery
* 1 / 2 head of cabbage
* 1 package Lipton Soup Mix
* 1 or 2 cubesbroth
* January 1948 oz can V8 Juice
* 1 cup cold water
* Salt and pepper to taste
