Old-fashion Super Hamburger Soup and fruity Cantaloupe for a healthy meal, fast and easy

This recipe from my vintage collection I received from the estate of my mother, who was in an old newspaper in the first column of a year. It 'was in a column on diets and better nutrition in the new year. This is a good soup anytime of year, but especially in these cool or cold days when you want to be heated from the inside out. Serve with crusty bread, if desired. The full fruity watermelon recipe below is perfect for a light dessert or for breakfasttreat.
